Is pricing per developer?

No. Team is $49 per workspace each month and Scale is $199 per workspace each month. Each plan includes its stated member limit.

What happens when we reach a monthly limit?

Helix keeps indexed evidence available within your history window. Explorer pauses Ask after five monthly answers; repository and index-depth limits are enforced when you connect or re-index.

What happens if we downgrade?

Helix keeps the oldest repositories and owner access active up to the new limit. Your data is retained; additional repositories and members become inactive until the workspace upgrades again.

Can we use Helix with private repositories?

Private repositories are available on Team and Scale. Helix uses scoped GitHub App permissions, tenant isolation, and secure server-side credentials.

Do you train on customer code?

Helix does not use private customer source code or engineering data to train cross-customer models without explicit written permission.

Can we start without a credit card?

Yes. Explorer includes one public repository, one user, eight pull requests per index, and five monthly Ask Helix answers.
